GREEN, WHITE, OOLONG

Some people consume green tea, white tea or oolong tea for their medicinal benefits. And then again, these teas are simply enjoyed for their great flavour.

Green tea is a wonderful digestive tea and assists in replenishing the joints of nutrients. Green tea has 30% of the caffeine of regular tea, but still a small enough amount that people use green tea to relax their stomach before bed.

White tea is the buds and the tips of the leaves, and are all handpicked to preserve the green tea plant. White tea is the smoothiest of all the teas, and has generally been used for sleeping problems. White tea has a large content of anti-oxidants, full of nutrients and just a very small amount of caffeine.

Oolong tea is generally known as Taiwanese Green Tea. It is grown at very high altitudes, and gives it a unique taste. Oolong is steeped for up to 30 minutes if needed. Of all the green teas, oolong has the highest content of caffeine and it used extensively as a day tea for energy.
